Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations or returns unless the item received is incorrect compared to your original order.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at +6016-671 4733. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or return. To process your request, please provide your order number, product details, clear photos of the incorrect item, and your invoice. Our team will review your case and confirm whether your item is eligible for a return or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
